Effective Tuesday September 29, 2009 we have reset all raid attendance and loot. Starting this server reset all raids will again be tracked and attendance taken for the fall raiding schedule. Sorry that this took three weeks longer than we anticipated, but as you all know we have made a major move to replace a lot of people who were not carrying their weight!!

I would like to welcome all of the new members, and welcome back all of the old ones, and heres to an eventful few months of raiding some newer raids with Trial of the Crusader and some recycled old crap like Onyxia!!!

Fall Raid/Attendance reset

Hey guys, as we all know, and have discussed many times over the past few weeks, summer is almost over and that means that we should have most people back to more regular attendance. We would like to thank everyone who toughed it out over the summer, as we have all learned over the past, that this can be a very frustrating time for those of you who raid 4 nights per week. Let's focus on getting back to our full-time raiding schedule for the fall, and work together as we start to get things back to a more consistent schedule.

With the new season upon us, ALL RAID ATTENDANCE will be reset for the server restart on the Tuesday after Labor Day (Sept. 8, 2009). Keep in mind that as we continue to farm Ulduar, and ToC, this attendance will be used to determine loot, and your rank in the guild is ALWAYS based on attendance. Your guild rank will not change at reset time, but as attendance numbers come in, we will update the ranks accordingly.

Also keep in mind that you get attendance for being in the queue, even if for some reason you were not called in to raid. On the other hand, if you leave early (yes even 30 minutes) you forfeit your raid attendance for the evening.

Also, we are slowly bringing a few new features online with the website and forums, so please be patient as Doug works out any bugs in the new formats.

Well after a VERY late start due to the release of the patch, we finally got everyone in and managed to have time to kill Flame Leviathan. Very easy fight, and we look forward to a full night of raiding to see how much further we can push into the new content!!

Razorscale took a few attempts, but we managed to get her down, and we were excited to get the heroic achievement for the quick downing as well.

Great job everyone!!

Ignis the Furnace master was, needless to say an INSANE fight!

And gratz for the Siege Wing of Ulduar being cleared in style!!!

The optional Assembly of Iron is kind of a joke....Free loot FTW!!

Squeezing 25 people on to the bridge platform is kind of fun.... Kologorn dead

Hodir is a healing nightmare, but all in all a fun fight!

Raid attendance and loot

Starting Tuesday january 20, 2009 All raid attendance and looted items will be recorded into the website. Raid attendance is extremely important, remember you do not get attendance for merely showing up, you only get attendance for attending the ENTIRE raid. If you leave early you lose your attendance point.
Keep this in mind as we are reverting to the old loot system where loot is handed out with contribution and dedication to the guild over need. This is what is best for the guild.
If you are put on standby, and remain on standby you will get attendance as if you raided.
We will go into this in more detail at the next Guild meeting.

Well, We are less than 1 week from the expansion! So I hope that you are all rested and ready for a weekend of no sleep!! Let's all get to 80 as fast as we can, focus on levelling, and please do not waste time running instances (unless it is for a quest or a kikass reward) There will be plenty of time go go back and kick some ass in them.

Our primary goal is to hit the 25 man instances fast and hard, and we need EVERYONE at 80 quickly to do this. Quest together, help each other out. Go in guild groups and level your asses off!

Keep an eye out for exceptional players that we may be able to add to the family. As we all know expansions lead to a ton of people looking for guilds. But on the down side it may lead to some people guild hopping. let's try to avoid these people, and make sure that we take in quality over quantity.

**Edit** Also, once the expansion hits.... all raid attendance data will be reset and on hold until we start our full time level 80 raiding schedule.

Sylvanas Windrunner Killed.

Okay so what to do after a guild meeting on a Sunday night?? We had heard that Sylvanas Windrunner had never been killed on our realm, so we decided to go get her. We are still checking to 100% verify this fact, and until we receive proof otherwise, we are claiming this as a Akama first!!! gratz to eveyone who took part.

***EDIT*** okay after checking with some EXCEPTIONALLY infromed and elite players on our realm, it has been confirmed numerous times that this is indeed a server first. She was also the last of the faction leaders that had remained unkilled on Akama.

Revolutiõn is three months old today!!

When we started this guild, we had some pretty big dreams and ideas! At the time, we thought that maybe some of them seemed a little far fetched and would take some time to reach, but you know what they say about aiming high!! Right from the start, we realized that maybe some of those dreams were a LOT closer than we expected!! Because of all of you, we have managed to take a dream of becoming a serious endgame guild on the Akama scene and make it into reality.

Together, we have established ourselves as THE force to be reckoned with on Akama!! From so many different backgrounds and guilds we united, grew together and now work like a well oiled machine. All of our success is due to the contributions of every single one of you! Myself and the officers thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

As we move on and push further toward clearing The Black Temple, let's not forget where we came from, and how we all bonded and grew together as a team and family. We all look forward to the many trials to come, and the countless victories that we will share togther!
